		<description>The person you were speaking too simply sounded lazy, and dangerously narrowminded.  What does that mean - it&#039;s OK to trash someone else&#039;s home because it looks like trash there anyway, basically?  Does that mean that someone living in a multi-million dollar neighborhood should then drive through her neighborhood and crap on the sidewalk?  

Needless to say, the justification provided above for littering in a neighborhood is unsettling, and may I say, a crock of elitist *hit...er....crap. Apologies for the inflective.</description>
